Best price Guarantee

It assures that you always get the best price available when you book directly with Coral Strand Hotel via Coralstrand.com.

Here how it works:

  1. Make a reservation using official Coralstrand.com site or directly with a hotel;
  2. If you find within 24 hours a lower qualified* price for the same accommodation and terms you may submit Best Price Guarantee claim;
  3. If we approve your claim, we will match the comparison price and grant you 10% of further discount.

Eligible lower prices:

Comparison price should be applicable for the same room type (same category, size, bed, view, location, same date and period of stay, same number of guests and same rate rules (same payment and cancellation conditions) Certain rates do not apply to this guarantee. For example, a comparing rate doesn’t qualify if it is not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate rates, groups and meetings rates, rates available via membership subscription or loyalty program requiring an email to login, rates that have different rules such as cancellation or refund policies, or rates that include differing guaranteed custom room options; offers that include discount vouchers or promo codes; packaged rates that include a combination of a room and travel, car rental, etc.; rates on auction/opaque websites which don’t disclose hotel name until the reservation is completed (ie Priceline, Hotwire) or on sites which don’t provide instant confirmation (eg on request rate). Rates from Amoma, Ctrip/Trip, Zenhotels/Ostrovok are not eligible.

Claim Submission:

Please send us the reservation detail of reservation made at Coralstrand.com using the form on the website or via email reservation@coralstrand.sc. Please attach to the claim a screenshot showing the lower price found on a Third Party Channel and the associated sales conditions, and any other document evidencing your claim. Claims that are incomplete or incorrect, or that include ineligible or incomplete supporting documents, will not be processed. The screenshot must clearly show the name of the website, the date, name of the hotel, sales conditions, number of guests in the room and prices offered by the third-party website. Claims must be made within 24 hours of the booking through coralstrand.com and at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival at the hotel.

Claim Handling:

Once the claim is verified we will send you an email with the reservation confirmation number as well as the new applicable price. In the case of a prepaid reservation rate, the hotel will reimburse the difference in price on the credit card initially debited online or reduce the amount to be paid upon arrival. If the claim does not meet the conditions of this Best Price Guarantee we will send you an email stating that the Guarantee cannot be applied.

Currency and price difference

If the rate found on a Third Party Reservation Channel is given in a currency different from the rate booked at Coralstrand.com, the hotel customer service will convert this rate into the currency of the country in which the hotel is located.

Price differences due to fluctuations, rounded figures or related to differences in the currency’s exchange rate will not be taken into account. The Best Rate Guarantee will be applicable if the price difference is at least 5% or 5 euros of the total stay.

Liability:

Coral Strand Hotel declines any liability regarding any expenses that may arise from cancelling a reservation, for all reservations made on any Third Party Reservation Channel.

Coral Strand Hotel reserves the right to modify or terminate this Best Price Guarantee and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
