It depends on your reservation rate. Usually it is possible to make changes 14 days before arrival date.

Unfortunately not, we require a deposit, 50% of total payment and credit card guarantee upon confirmation.

  1. How far is the hotel located from the airport?

The distance between Mahe International Airport and Coral Strand Hotel is 12km. the travelling journey is 20 minutes in normal traffic.

  1. Can we request an early check in or late check out?

Yes, it is chargeable.

  1. Is the hotel family friendly?

Yes, our Deluxe Suite and Deluxe 2 bedroom Apartment are suitable for family.

  1. Do you have kids club & gym?

No. Kid’s club and gym studio is not available.

  1. Can I order a transfer to the hotel from the airport?

Yes, you can. You can order transfer to the hotel from the airport during your reservation on our website, or sending an inquiry to the email: or WhatsApp: +248 2606767.

You have 2 options:

  • transfer by bus: adults and children above 12 years old – from 23 euro per person Children under 12 years old – from 10 euro per person
  • transfer by private car: from 55 euro per person with maximum capacity of 3 persons and 2 items of luggage.

    The pool towels are available at the pool cabin. Our pool crews are happy to assist you.

    Yes. The room service is 24 hrs available.

    1. How are we going to book some excursions?

    Our Guest Relation team is happy to assist you on excursions and activities arrangement.
